The 34rd International Mechanical Pulping Conference will be held on Oct 8th-11th, 2026, in Nanjing, China. The theme of conference is Low-Carbon Emission Mechanical Pulping and Value-Added Fibre Materials. The conference will cover any topic related to mechanical pulping such as:

2. Process optimization & Energy control
3. New product development & Innovation
4. Effluent treatment & Resource utilization technology
5. Intelligentization & Digital transformation
6. Market trends & Strategic perspectives
7. Any other theme of practical interest related to mechanical pulping
8. IMPC & IUFRO 5 Division: Mechanical Pulping in the Circular Bioeconomy: Byproduct Valorization and Biorefinery Integration
If you are interested in presenting a paper or a poster at the conference, please submit an abstract of approximately 250 words by July 10th, 2026. To submit fill out the form below and attach your text as a one-page pdf-file.
Since we would like to encourage mechanical-pulping-related publications in scientific journals, the conference proceedings will be published on-line with a one-year delay. This will allow authors to submit their work to any journal of their own choice before the conference proceedings becomes public.
